These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", or "you") and C9BET (hereinafter referred to as "C9BET", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the C9BET website located at https://c9bet.cam and all associated services, software, features, and content offered therein.

• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be employed by C9BET, its affiliates, or any third-party game provider supplying content to the Platform. Immediate family members of such employees are also prohibited from registering.

When registering an account on the C9BET Platform, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (email address or mobile number).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. C9BET strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security. You agree to notify C9BET immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

C9BET will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility until the point at which C9BET has received, acknowledged, and acted upon a written notification of account compromise.

C9BET supports a range of Malaysian-local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT and BTC are also supported.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made by any person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. C9BET reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be confirmed as originating from the account holder's own payment instrument.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits made through verified Malaysian payment channels are typically credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the same individual who holds the C9BET account. The following withdrawal processing timeframes are standard under normal operating conditions:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Under 5 minutes (subject to payment gateway availability)
• DuitNow / FPX: 5–15 minutes
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15–60 minutes

C9BET does not charge withdrawal processing fees for supported Malaysian payment methods. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside the control of C9BET and remain the player's responsibility.

C9BET offers various promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

General bonus terms that apply across all promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winings generated from bonus wagers that have met the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements for welcome bonuses typically range from 15x to 25x the bonus amount. Specific multipliers are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Live casino games and slots typically contribute100%, while table games such as roulette, baccarat, and blackjack may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• C9BET reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion and are actively working through wagering requirements will be honoured under the terms active at the time of claiming, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or used to settle debt obligations of any kind.

All bets placed on the C9BET Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game category. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General rules applicable to all betting activity on C9BET:

• All bets are final once confirmed. C9BET does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in the case of a Void Bet as defined in Section 2.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are published at a manifestly incorrect level due to a technical fault or human error — C9BET reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion of the minimum required duration of play (as defined in the relevant sport-specific rules), all related bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the applicable event rules.
• C9BET reserves the right to limit or restrict the maximum stake or payout on any bet at its sole discretion without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances involving unusual betting patterns or potential market manipulation.
• The results of all casino games — including slots, roulette, baccarat, and live dealer games — are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures audited for fairness by independent third-party testing agencies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the C9BET Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identity details
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any subsequent point of interaction with C9BET
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes or circumvent the Platform's risk management systems
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal financial gain
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after depositing funds and using those funds for wagering
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine wagering activity
• Facilitating or assisting any third party in breaching these Terms

All content on the C9BET Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and code, is the property of C9BET or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Unauthorised use of Platform content — including scraping odds data, reproducing game mechanics, or reverse-engineering the Platform — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, C9BET and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or anticipated profits due to Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions
• Loss of data, account information, or transaction records resulting from circumstances beyond C9BET's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While C9BET takes all commercially reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

C9BET is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates in accordance with established responsible gambling standards. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling is intended as form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties.

C9BET provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your C9BET account
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for your active gambling sessions with automatic logout upon expiry

C9BET reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months without any deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity

Upon termination, any withdrawable balance in your account (i.e., real-money balance not subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, following confirmation of identity and provided no outstanding investigations or legal holds are in place.

Bonus balances and winnings accrued in breach of these Terms will be forfeited upon account termination. C9BET will not be liable for any losses incurred as a consequence of account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.

C9BET reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

C9BET undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where the internal resolution is unsatisfactory to the player, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing or regulatory body.
